El grupo Ibiza Feeling, in its commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency, has developed a set of actions aimed at reducing its environmental impact and promoting the use of renewable energy in its establishments. In this line, photovoltaic installations have been carried out in los hoteles A, B y C, allowing for greater energy autonomy and a significant reduction in CO? emissions.

At The Blue Apartments, a photovoltaic system has been installed on the building’s rooftop with a capacity of 38,72 kWp, capable of generating 51,68 MWh of clean energy per year. Thanks to this measure, an annual reduction of 23,62 toneladas de CO2 is expected, contributing to the decarbonization of the hotel sector. The total investment in this action has been 41.110 EUR, with a granted subsidy of 21.141,12 EUR.

El Purple Hotel has implemented a similar installation, with a capacity of 35,09 kWp and an estimated production of 52,15 MWh annually. This system will reduce emissions by 23,83 toneladas de CO2 per year, reinforcing the group’s commitment to the energy transition. The investment made has been 22.578,47 EUR, with a granted subsidy of 13.546,8 EUR.

At The White Apartments, the installation of a photovoltaic system with a capacity of 47,80 kWp is planned, with an estimated production of 65,49 MWh per year. Thanks to this initiative, an annual reduction of 29,93 toneladas de CO2 will be achieved. The total investment in this installation has amounted to 29.010,41 EUR, with a granted subsidy of 17.406 EUR.

These actions have been financed under the Plan de Inversiones para la Transición Energética de las Islas Baleares (PITEIB), promoted by the Ministerio para la Transición Ecológica y el Reto Demográfico within the framework of the Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia, with the support of the Unión Europea – Next Generation EU.
