Air conditioner
Your apartment has air conditioning controlled by a thermostat. To operate, you
must insert the card into the cardboard box at the entrance of your room.
You can control the temperature from the thermostat. Please note that if
you leave the terrace door open and/or the window, the air conditioning
will automatically turn off.

Bus
To access the bus station you need to exit reception and turn right, surround the
egg and follow París Street turning right at the end. There you will find connections

Safe
The room has a safe in the closet. We are not responsible for stolen objects that were not stored in the safe. For more information contact our reception staff.

Breakfast
If you have booked breakfast with your reservation, it will be served in the restaurant located on the ground floor of the hotel from 08:30 to 11:30. Our guests have access to a self-service buffet with a wide variety of food options for breakfast. You will also find a self-service area for both hot and cold beverages. If you choose to include the breakfast service, the daily price is 12€ per person.

Luggage
We offer luggage storage service for your departure day, please contact
our reception staff.

Apartment
In the apartment, you have air conditioning, a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom,
wardrobe, tv with national and international channels, safe, security lock and
amenities for daily use.

Check-in and check out
The check-in time is from 4.00 pm, although you can check in according
to availability. You must leave the apartment before noon on the day of
your departure. In case you do not leave the apartment at noon, you will be
charged an extra night.

Internet Wi-Fi
The apartments offer Wi-Fi internet connection with coverage in all apartments and areas.
Please contact the reception for more information.

Keys
The key is coded by a magnetic strip, in which the number of the room does
not appear for security reasons. If you lose it, inform the receptionist immediately
to give you a new key and cancel the previous one.

Blanket and pillows
If you need any additional blankets or pillow please contact our reception staff.

Rules of Conduct and safety
The security of all our clients is a priority, for that reason, the apartments have a
video surveillance system, and no person is allowed to access the rooms
if it has not been previously registered at the reception. The rest and safety
of our guests are very important to us, we ask for your cooperation.
Any alteration of the rules of conduct will be grounds for economic
sanction or eviction of the apartments.

Lost and found
In case you forget or lose some objects in our hotels, please contact our
reception staff.

Iron
We have irons and ironing boards, ask at the reception.

Outdoor Pool
The White Apartments don´t have a pool, but our guests can go to a nearby pool
with the only condition of buying a drink. Ask at the reception.

The reception is open 24h. a day, you can also contact the hotel by dialling
971 80 30 98. Our receptionists are available to provide information
about the island and to arrange different services inside and outside the
hotel: breakfast, safe, Car rental, bus schedules, etc. It will be our pleasure

We have a restaurant on the ground floor of The Red Hotel with a
wide range of homemade and fresh products.
It is open every day from 8:30 – 00:00.

We do not have room service. If you wish to purchase any kind of drink
or food you can find in our restaurant.

Printer service
We have a printing service. You must send an e-mail with the documentation
you wish to print to the address hellowhite@ibizafeeling.com and contact reception.

Hair dryer
You will find a hairdryer in the bathroom in your room.
Wake-up call
We have a wake-up service, contact reception.

Housekeeping
The apartments are cleaned daily from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm.
During your stay, the sheets will be changed from the third night.
In case you need a daily change of towels, please contact our reception
staff. Towels in the room can not be taken outside the apartments. In case you
need a towel, by paying a deposit of 10€ at reception we will provide you with one.
We remind you that please do not use towels to clean body painting!

Televisión
We have national and international channels. The television remote can
be found in your room.

Towels
At Ibiza Feeling, we care about the environment. If you leave the towels on the rack,
won’t be changed. If you leave them on the floor we will replace them. You can also

How to use the safe box

Breakfast

If you have booked at The Red Hotel or at The White Apartments directly on the ibizafeeling.com website your reservation includes breakfast, this will be served at the restaurant located on the ground floor of the hotel from 08:30h to 11:30h.
Our guests have a free buffet with a wide variety of food for breakfast.

Code of conduct

The entrance of any type of animal to the Hotel is completely prohibited.

It is forbidden to smoke in the Hotel, being the guest responsible to guarantee that this prohibition is accomplished in their room. In case that someone has smoked in a room the customer must pay a 250€ penalty fee to the establishment (in concept of deep cleaning). In the event that the customer refuses to pay such such amount, the establishment will terminate his contract without refund of the service provided.

In the rooms of the Hotel it is only allowed to receive visits prior authorization by the hotel which must be obtained by the establishment reception. If this condition were authorized it could be only between 12 and 22 hours.

The Client is responsible to supervise persons under the age of 18 who remain in the Hotel with him.

The Client must behave in the Hotel according to generally accepted good practices and general rules of conduct and public order. The Client shall especially:

Make a properly use of the facilities and furnishings of the Hotel and maintain their status;
Avoid any behavior that could be considered intimidating, offensive, rude or scandalous towards other Clients and Hotel staff;
Abstaining from excessive consumption of alcohol or any other substance that could put at risk the health or integrity of everyone who remains at the establishment.

If the guest does not accomplish any of the previously specified conditions about the Conduct Rules the Provider will terminate the Contract and compel the Client to leave the Hotel immediately. In case that it happens, the Client shall indemnify the damages caused by his illegal conduct.
