How and when do I pay for my reservation?

All reservations require a valid credit or debit card guarantee at time of booking. Our reservation system uses secure-socket-layer (SSL) encryption, the standard encryption on the Internet. This encryption allows our users to feel confident and secure about supplying their credit or debit card and personal information.

Please note: No payment is taken from your credit or debit card at the time of booking unless otherwise stated (e.g. in case of prepaid tariffs)!

The payment for accommodation has to be settled in full latest upon arrival. You can pay by cash (in any currency), credit card (VISA) or debit card (Master or Maestro/Switch). Please note: We do not accept any personal cheques.

Do you need to book more than three rooms?

Currently, our online reservation system only allows three rooms to be booked per reservation. If you need more than three rooms, you can make multiple reservations.
For bookings requiring seven or more rooms, group discounts may be available. To inquire about group rates, please send an e-mail to info@ibizafeeling.com.

Important information for guests
travelling on night flights or night ferries!

Please keep in mind that the standard check-in-time is 4.00 p.m. of the booked and confirmed day of arrival.
  We strongly recommend all guests who are travelling on night flights or night ferries to also book the preceding night!

Example: You leave your home country on Friday evening and the flight arrives in Ibiza on Saturday in the early morning hours at 1.00 a.m.; according to international hotel rules and procedures you cannot check-in before Saturday afternoon, if the unit is confirmed for Saturday! However, if you book in advance your studio or apartment for Friday, we shall make it possible for you to check-in immediately at night (without waiting so many hours).
And in case you leave on a night flight or ferry and you do not want to check-out by 12.00 noon on the day of your departure, you should also make a reservation for the following night as there is no courtesy room available!!!

If you are travelling on night flights or night ferries and wish to book the preceding night for immediate check-in, please enter the exact date of the preceding night in the reservation system!

Do you need to cancel your booking?

Even the best holiday plans can be turned upside-down by the unexpected. Delayed flights, illness, lost luggage — you planned on a great time, not hassles.

We understand that plans change and unforeseen events can force you to cancel your trip and we also recognize the importance of being able to make "easy" cancellations. To that end, the information below has been provided to make the cancelation process as smooth as possible.

Guests with a confirmed booking which has been made directly through this web site can cancel the existing reservation online.

At our hotel we have a 24 hour cancellation policy, i.e. you may cancel your reservation, at no extra cost, up to 24 hours before, as long as you do not have a prepaid booking. Or in simple terms:

  • If you need to cancel your reservation, this should be done not less
         than 24 hours prior the arrival date.
  • If you cancel your reservation without meeting the above deadline,
         you will be charged for the first night.
  • If you do not cancel and do not arrive at the hotel a non-arrival
         or no-show fee will be charged, equal to the cost of the first night.
  • The prepayment for prepaid reservations is non refundable.
         No refunds will be made in case of cancellation or modification.
